Maersk is one of the largest shipping lines globally and with the increased role of Saudi Arabia as a leader in the manufacturing and petrochemical products.
Maersk decided to expand its operations in the kingdom by establishing a dedicated Petrochemical Hub which was to be the first of its kind in KSA.
After conducting a briefing session with the marketing team at King Abdullah Port, the creative team at WG started by creating the Arabic and English content that would be used for the Social Media campaign.
The team then started working on the creative execution which would reflect the key communication messages that were agreed upon.
The campaign focused on communicating:
- The collaboration between King Abdullah Port and Maersk to provide customers with best-in-class services.
- Value additions in terms of cost saving, tracking, delivery lead time, reduction of carbon footprint, less probability of incidents, less number of trips.
- The port's contribution to achieving Vision 2030 goals by providing better efficiency in supply chain processes, innovative services to support economic growth and contributing to improving the logistic performance index.
